为(wei)(wei)进一(yi)步做好全(quan)国文明(ming)(ming)城市创建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo),光(guang)明(ming)(ming)交通运(yun)输局主动作(zuo)为(wei)(wei),在公交候车亭张(zhang)贴公益广告,积极开展创文宣(xuan)传工(gong)作(zuo),松白路(lu)、光(guang)明(ming)(ming)大(da)道、公常路(lu)等180个公交候车亭289个低(di)俗商业广告全(quan)部撤下。
2013年(nian),光明(ming)交(jiao)通运(yun)输局(ju)与(yu)深圳宇声广(guang)(guang)告(gao)公司(si)签(qian)订(ding)《光明(ming)新(xin)区公交(jiao)停靠站服务设(she)施建(jian)设(she)维(wei)护(hu)管(guan)理(li)协议书》,由该公司(si)负责光明(ming)新(xin)区公交(jiao)候车亭(ting)的建(jian)设(she)、维(wei)护(hu)与(yu)管(guan)理(li),并出售一定比例商业广(guang)(guang)告(gao)。出于经济效(xiao)益考虑,该公司(si)和一些(xie)医疗机构(gou)签(qian)订(ding)了合作协议,在光明(ming)新(xin)区公交(jiao)候车亭(ting)张(zhang)贴了不少“男性”“妇(fu)科”等商业广(guang)(guang)告(gao)。
据悉,在光(guang)明新(xin)区主干道公(gong)交候车(che)亭,张(zhang)贴了大量(liang)诸如“男(nan)性”“妇科”等低俗商业(ye)广(guang)告。这些广(guang)告为(wei)博人眼球,内容上(shang)夸大其词,形式上(shang)过于追(zhui)求(qiu)视觉冲击(ji)力,容易误导消费者,不利于城市文明建设(she)。
光(guang)明交(jiao)通运输局多次与深(shen)圳宇声(sheng)(sheng)广告(gao)(gao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)沟通,约谈公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)负(fu)责(ze)(ze)人(ren),要求企(qi)业(ye)在追求经济效(xiao)益的(de)同时(shi),积(ji)极(ji)履行企(qi)业(ye)社(she)会责(ze)(ze)任,多张(zhang)贴(tie)对社(she)会有益的(de)广告(gao)(gao),尤其是创建(jian)全(quan)国文(wen)明城(cheng)市时(shi)期,要积(ji)极(ji)响(xiang)应政府(fu)号(hao)召(zhao),多张(zhang)贴(tie)公(gong)(gong)(gong)益广告(gao)(gao)。宇声(sheng)(sheng)广告(gao)(gao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)表示愿意积(ji)极(ji)参与全(quan)国文(wen)明城(cheng)市创建(jian)工作,并承诺完成(cheng)光(guang)明新区低俗商业(ye)广告(gao)(gao)的(de)撤换(huan)(huan)工作。截至目前(qian),松白路(lu)、光(guang)明大道、公(gong)(gong)(gong)常路(lu)等180个公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)候车亭289个低俗商业(ye)广告(gao)(gao)全(quan)部撤下,换(huan)(huan)上了“文(wen)明城(cheng)市创建(jian)”“防诈(zha)骗”等公(gong)(gong)(gong)益海报,对传播(bo)城(cheng)市文(wen)明引领社(she)会风尚(shang)产生积(ji)极(ji)作用。
